The project aims to highlight best and worst practices experienced by Clean Hydrogen Project owners across differing EU regions, help identify procedural permitting barriers among Member States and their regional/local administrations more precisely, and effectively prioritise future policy actions so as to develop more effective permitting practices for clean H2 projects across the EU.
